Oh and for powerful and fair fighters, in my pile I see Sanji from One Piece (ero-cook) which may be useful. Also Tasuki from Fushigi Yuugi (flaming05) though I can't recall if I'd put him under "fair" or what. He was a good guy though!

It's not a lot at all! I'd use Sanji, but I'm going to be collecting his deck in the future, but I did find a powerful and fair fighter!
