I'm not familiar with tumblr, but since that TCG uses it and Taminas suggested it below, I'll make an account and play around with it.

And yeah, had I gone with Photobucket, I would have just shared the account name and password with anyone interested in donating images.

A lot of the unique decks you donate and collect actually look pretty interesting to me. A lot of them are on the list of series I need to check out someday. :3 If that makes you feel any better!
