Crayon Burning + TRADE ME

So about that Pot of Gold Blue task...

Haha, sorry, just trying to catch your attention. Finding the crayons to spend is one thing, but finding the cards to spend it on is another. So... I don't really have a plan about how to implement this (feel free to comment with ideas), but is there any interest in setting up some kind of cooperation to finish the blue task?

What I mean is, for example, I have already finished the orange decks of my next 2 portfolios, so I probably won't have an orange deck close enough to completion that I want to spend crayons on it before the end of the month. Now, if I could spend those orange crayons on someone else's deck, and they could say, spend blue crayons for me, it might work out better. To keep it fair, you would have to trade the person the color of crayons you want them to spend, but 16 crayons is quite a bit, and it seems like it might be worthwhile not to just spend crayons on some random deck you happen to be collecting.

Thoughts?

I also propose a new tag for the comm, since it seems to come up pretty often. Should we start using the PoG tag to quickly pick out posts that advertise available cards, are asking for them, or are otherwise related (like this one)?

EDIT: As brought forth by the honorable Wolfie and Jane: tag your posts with "slots" if you are offering to trade release slots :o

Lastly, I seriously just added 50+ cards to my trade pile today not to mention the two-week catch-up I played yesterday.

I have added 4 totally blank decks I'm looking for: Excluded, Isolated, Sen, and Sensei.

On top of those, I would really like more Science, Collected, AllSunday, Flash, and XIII cards for my current and future portfolio because those decks are the furthest behind. Of course, if you have any of the few cards I'm missing for the other decks, let me know and I can hunt down something for you :3

I also have quite a few decks in my (rather unorganized) future section. Feel free to offer those, too!

I think generally it'd be nice if we start tagging with PoG, releases or even with cards we are searching more for. Might be easier for people to track/search cards they want to trade out and also help others master their decks.

I have a Sen card in my keeping that I doubt I will get to anytime soon if you wanna trade for the fairy16 you're holding for me! :3

Ah, tagging for release would help a ton with last minute slot searches (like mine yesterday lol). Good idea.

You caught my attention! I thought green crayons were for trade when I skimmed my f-list and then I saw the rest of the entry.. XD

I don't plan on completing that PoG task, but I do think that sounds like a good idea for those participating. :3

Haha yeah, that is quite a few crayons for one PoG task.

I think a PoG tag would be an excellent idea. There should probably be a tag for the new releases also; the trade community gets really hectic during that time of the month. XD

I checked the tags page, and some people have tagged with pot of gold before. Please use pot of gold instead of pog! :) I added links of tags to the sidebar, so if people visit the community itself, they can see what the tags are. I don't think anyone has tagged with tags for new releases or slots, so I just tagged my previous post to create a tag for that.

I had added this on to my june slots post too about crayons for PoG. I still need to use 1 orange, 2 browns, and 2 grays but I don't have a use for them ( and I'm lacking 1 gray anyway, haha ). D:

Instead, I need blue, yellow, and green crayons. :/
