since I realized "oh hey, I actually have a bunch of decks I got close to finishing without realizing it, and a monochrome portfolio I should probably finish up", here's a complete list for you, along with whatever else I was collecting before
Lieutenant: 01/02/03/05/06/12/15/18

Plus there's like, Summer Wars decks, BakaTest decks I just threw in there. And also, I am just about halfway on collecting that huge Nakama deck, so that's pretty cool too. (I've been replaying Portal 2 most of today so I am talking like Wheatley in my head. Just imagine that in his voice.)
