Hi, fellow Purple Nightmares and welcome to our backstage post! Let's get to know each other with this mini friending meme, shall we? Post you answers in THIS thread. I'll be also starting some discussion threads below, feel free to add your own! Everything goes, this is our castle so don't be afraid that you might be "spamming too much" or anything.

I've been in love with Chrome since her introduction in the manga, and I love her to bits still today! I guess I can see a bit of myself in her, especially my junior high self (whoa corniness ahoy). I just love how strong she is--not just physically because she's definitely not due to her condition, but emotionally and *A* Her sort-of-confession to Mukuro in the end makes me cry. Sob.

I only know Chrome through RP since I bounced off a very good one for a while. She seems pretty interesting!

She is! Everyone in KHR is pretty awesome, but Chrome is the awesome...est of them all, and my favorite female.

She really is! I always love her confrontations with Zechs and Une.

My turn! I chose Cornelia because she is one of my favorite Geass ladies, which is tough since Geass has a lot of awesome ladies to choose from. But Cornelia had authority, talent and a sensitive side for her family that you just have to love. Also, she built a friggin' gun out of spare parts found in a CAVE. I don't even. She needed more scenes.

Agreed! One of my favorite things about R2 is Cornelia. Lady has more balls than most of the male cast, lbr.

I was going to choose Utau from Shugo Chara, because her theme color is purple (Charm deck @ Colors is purple too~!), but then Jen reminded me that there is that girl in AKB0048~. Acchan's looks just fit the theme more than my Utau darling from Shugo Chara... So I went with the idol instead of the magical girl/idol~! :D

Though now when I look those pictures, I could have gone with Tomoyo from Sakura or Yin from Darker than Black too... But no regrets for idols, who fight against people, who banned music in the whole world~! Or something. It fits the music theme of this year's league at least! XD

I was considering picking someone from Umineko, but then I decided I resonated more with Cure Moonlight because she struggles so desperately for what she believes in and in the end still proves that she's pure and honest at heart despite her troubles! She is also so fierce I can't handle her.

Major Motoko Kusanagi is sheer badass in any version of GitS (I haven't read the manga though) and even though I had my moments of "just how perfect can you get..."

Because Kirigiri's amazing. She kicks your butt with her brain and doesn't break a sweat, but also, the little tiny moments of emotion she has - she's just really a great character.
