As a reminder: this is not an official service, just a place for players to help your fellow players.

This post is for those who wants graphics (i.e: first masteries, mass deck banners, member badges, etc.) but for whatever reason do not have the means to make them. Anyone is allowed to fill requests; just make sure you comment before making a graphic so that people know that one is being made!

This post will also be utilized for any resources in relation to this as well as answering any questions and help regarding graphic-related things in relation to Colors.

this may be a silly question but ive noticed in some player banners and level banners that they have a almost dotted? border. like this and this. how do you go about making that effect? the way i went about it took a bit of time so i was asking in case there was an easier way
