colors_trade | trade pot!

Anyone up for a trade pot? A kind of unofficial initiative where you do blind trades with other members, a chance to refresh your trade pile a bit. I asked that in the Colors meme but did not get many replies. I was informed that this kind of thing has been done before but I didn't participate, so I'll be doing this my way.

STEP 1 - submit cards from your trade pile. As many as you want. Please include both card names and images
STEP 2 - after a week, cards are shuffled. I'll use some kind of randomness generator for this so you can be sure I won't just pick stuff I want from what will have been submitted and give it to myself
STEP 3 - you receive the same number of cards you've submitted to the Pot. From how I understand the rules, these trades would count for Sketchpads since all trades are done between players, mods, please correct me if I'm wrong.
STEP 4 - PROFIT!!!

How many are we allowed to throw in (at most)?

As many as you want! However, if you end up donating many cards and other people don't donate as many, there's a big chance some of your cards will return to you. I'll try to keep that from happening.

This is actually a pretty decent solution to the whole "you have to get [x card] within this month" Pot of Gold rule.

It was kind of a pain last month to consistently get game rewards with no blue cards, and I felt silly trading with people for a card I wasn't going to keep.. :P Now I can just refresh my old cards here.

I'll try to stop in after my trade post is up to date. It's so far behind, it's bad.

Haha, I forgot that this was being done today.

These would count for the sketchpads, right? We just have to match which card we got from who? (Wow, I only got one card back XD)

I'm pretty sure these would count as trades were made between players :D
