Hey Colors! So ages ago for our 6 month anniversary I did a little thing that was a First Masteries List. With our 5th anniversary I decided to resurrect the list in a format that is easier to update regularly. So I happily present the new and improved:
You should be able to reorder and search the list as you like so you can see what you personally have first mastered or what decks still have yet to be mastered. If you ever open the list and it's ordered oddly I'm probably searching something myself.
and with the list I also have an update of the fun mastery stats:
Fun Stats as of 6/7/15
Red character decks mastered=724/1040
Orange character decks mastered=382/487
Yellow character decks mastered=470/631
Green character decks mastered=493/651
Blue character decks mastered=659/981
Purple character decks mastered=550/771

...I'm tagging this with "cool things" because I have no idea what else it fits under.
Anyway! As special deck coupons from the last PoG are about to roll out, now seemed like a good time to ask for a little advice from other Fire Emblem fans here on how to handle what I'd like to use mine for. I want to do Path of Radiance/Radiant Dawn special decks, because Tellius is near and dear to my heart.
However, figuring out the best way to split up 80 characters into decks is making my head spin, and I'm having one moment of "uuuugh" about who not to include of the notable NPCs, since getting it up to a hundred is going to be a few too many bosses nobody cares about. :(
(Also, if anybody else wants to use a special donation in this venture - since it's going to take me who knows how long to acquire another three special deck donations - I would love you tenderly. I intend to use my next coupon on whichever deck contains Daein/the Dawn Brigade, so that one will definitely happen soon, regardless!)

Hello Colors! We're in the process of creating a deck of Megavolutions from Pokémon X/Y, and we need your help deciding which 13 of the following Pokémon will be represented. Take a look at the in-game megavolutions here or the artwork here, then cast your vote for your top seven picks!
The poll will close on Saturday, January 04 at noon GMT!
Note that Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, Gyarados, Absol, Gardevoir, and Lucario are GUARANTEED spots, due to being part of the plot of Pokémon X/Y. The Mewtwos will be gracing the mastery badge. The thirteen Pokémon with the most votes at the end of the polling period will fill in the rest of the slots.

Hello colors! Remember the kindness terrorism operation of this summer? This time, I decided to do something a little simpler for the holidays! As the kindness terrorism is meant to help people with fewer cards, the coupon can be used only by the first half of primary levels players. This means from red to green! edit: initially it was up until to gray but then i realized from blue on people already have quite a few cards so it would be unfair...
Here it how it works, please let me know if it sounds confusing!
- Grab one of the banners displayed below!
- If you're a primary level player, up until green, insert one of these banner in a comment to a player who is displaying one of these banners in their page, and pick a card you would like from their trade pile, for free. If you're a primary level player you can also be a card giver -- nothing says you can't!
- If you aren't a primary level player, but would like to gift fellow players with less cards, display the banner in your page so people can know you're taking part in this!
- You may ask only one card, and only one time per player. So, for example, the same player cannot show me their coupon twice, or ask for two cards. Likewise, please only ask for cards in the trade pile and not higher priority!
- Don't be greedy and please ask for just character cards, no specials!

Wouldn't it be nice if I had an icon with my player name band name in it for challenges that involve trading?" Netbug asked herself, and then she went overboard with it. So yeah, I made team icons for everyone! \O/

I recommend either your team character claim if your team is doing that, or another image that is primarily your team color. Also, more than one character may not look good in the lil' space.

Hello Colors Trade, today I (with the help of a lot of excellent people) bring in an unofficial initiative to help out the newest members get a little bit of footing! It isn’t much, but I thought it’d be really nice for people who have a card or two to spare to put them up in a donation pool to hand out randomly, and so here’s the idea!
People who reply here will be get one or more random cards and HOPEFULLY at least one crayon (see details below). Here’s the catch, though! This is exclusively for red level players, meaning that anyone who currently has less than 101 cards can come and get a freebie here.
How will it work?
Well, there are two sides to this!
DONORS: if you have cards you're willing to donate, please HEAD HERE and do so! Please make certain to follow the instructions and put up the number of cards you’re giving out to make math easy :)d
As you can see up there, I would like for people to get crayons as well, but I do understand those are a little harder to part with. There is a thread for you to donate crayons in, but if we don’t reach a minimum number of donations (which will be the same exact numbers of red level players signing up for this) all crayons will be returned to the donors, since it’s unfair to give them out only to some people but not everyone.
NEW PLAYERS: if you're a red level player, simply reply to this post with a link to your card post, so we can confirm your eligibility!
How and when will the cards be handed out?
In order to give everyone a fair chance at seeing this, the post will remain open for a week, at the end of which cards will be divided evenly and handed out randomly. As you can see, the post to donate cards has screened comments -- this is so there can be a certain element of surprise! What’s going to happen is that basically two lists (cards and players) are going to be randomized, and who gets what will be decided by that.
Everyone will get the same number of cards, so any cards that can't be fairly divided will be randomized and returned to those donors as a trade!

Hello, everyone! Mara here with a non-official, but cool offer nonetheless: Colors TCG icons! The idea was taken from former player Skie (who recently rejoined, yay!) with his blessing; I've decided to offer making them since he's no longer with us (except he is)! So, to summarize the linked post:
I need the following three things!
1) Your name here at Colors.
2) The image of your Signature card.
3) A picture of your choice for the icon.
If you don't have a signature card yet, or would prefer a specific set of colors, give me two hex codes for the colors you'd like! Two colors of similar shades, one light and one dark would be the most helpful. If you can, I'd prefer to use official images/screencaps/what have you that aren't fanart; unless you were the artist yourself, I would like to respect the artist and not have their art used unnecessarily. If there are any specific requests, e.g. what to crop, let me know in your comments!
